CORVALLIS — One of Oregon State football’s top offensive weapons is out for the season.

Senior wide receiver Darrius Clemons ruptured his Achilles tendon, he announced in an Instagram post Monday. The Beavers open their 2025 season on Saturday against California.

“I’ve already undergone surgery and begun the rehab process,” Clemons wrote. “I am grateful for my family, friends, teammates, coaches, and staff members for uplifting me in this trying time. I wish my brothers nothing but the best this season.”
