Monday 2:52 p.m.: The first move of the Chiefs clears up one of the questions surrounding Kansas City’s practice squad. With the NFL allowing teams to activate a quarterback from the practice squad each week as an emergency in case of multiple QB injuries, Kansas City has waived Bailey Zappe, NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported .
