SCIOTO COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) - Scioto County Commissioner Bryan Davis was indicted last Friday by a grand jury, along with his wife Lorinda Sue Davis.
Commissioner Davis is charged with 13 felony counts, including corruption, theft, and money laundering. Lorinda Sue Davis is charged with 10 felony counts.
The case surrounds the new Southern Ohio Aeronautical Regional Business Park. Davis and his wife are accused of allegedly conspiring with Robert Horton - then-head of the Southern Ohio Port Authority and Scioto County Economic Development – and his wife, Lioubov Horton.
According to the indictment, the four received illegal benefits from dealings involving the business park’s construction. The Hortons were indicted in February 2025.
Davis is facing increasing calls to resign . Bot
