MIDDLETOWN — Students arrived at Laurel Ridge Community College’s Middletown campus Monday morning for the first day of the fall semester.

From first-time college students, to those who are nearing the end of their time on campus, to high schoolers getting a jump on their college coursework, Johanna Weiss, vice president of academic and student affairs at Laurel Ridge, said it’s exciting to see everyone get back to classes.

“We’re always excited to have the parking lots full and to have the start of another academic year,” she said. “So we’re really excited to be back for the fall.”
