MARTINSBURG — The Berkeley-Jefferson Extension Master Gardener Association (BJEMGA) held its 12th annual Tomato Fest at the Berkeley County Youth Fair grounds on Saturday.

The festival underwent a number of changes this year, including the inclusion of food trucks and vendors and a move to a new location. In recent years, Tomato Fest has been held at the WVU Kearneysville Tree Fruit Research & Education Center.

“Since Tomato Fest began, it’s been in four different locations, because it just keeps on growing,” said BJEMGA President Marilyn White. “We hold this every year, because we want people to learn how to grow and appreciate tomatoes.”
