STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The 4th NYC Partners Against The Hate Awareness Day event transformed Tompkinsville Park into a hub of unity and awareness on Monday, Aug. 25.
“Drive the Hate Away” was presented by the 67th Precinct Clergy Council , Partners Against the Hate , and the NYC Office for the Prevention of Hate Crime . This year’s gathering marked a milestone as the initiative was held on Staten Island for the very first time.
Now, the P.A.T.H Forward initiative has held events across all five boroughs.
The 67th Precinct Clergy Council — widely known as the “God Squad” — is one of the anchor organizations for the P.A.T.H. Forward Initiative. Launched in May 2021, the initiative was established to help combat bias-motivated incidents and hate crimes in New York City.
