ROCHESTER, Minn.- Mayo Clinic announced an update about its ongoing construction projects in Rochester going into 2026 on Monday, Aug. 25.

Doug Holtan, Mayo Clinic's Chair of Facilities, claims the most disruptive transitions associated with Mayo Clinic's Bold.Forward.Unbound Expansion and its associated projects are all underway as of this summer.

The Damon Ramp is currently being prepared for a fall demolition date to make way for the Bernard and Edith Waterman Building, soil excavation is currently underway to make way for a new clinical building on the site of Mayo's old Ozmun complex and construction is set to begin this fall on a new West Logistics Center at the site of the Old Lourdes High School.
