LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- A family is seeking answers from the Clark County School District after a teacher who was arrested for hitting their child with special needs is back to teaching at the same school.
The incident happened at Bailey Middle School last year, and police arrested Kenneth Greenberg for battering a special needs student.
"They're obviously not going to get any good education out of this when someone that they're afraid of is in the same building as them," Patricia Fritz, the aunt of the student who was battered, said. 8 News Now is not identifying the victim.
Fritz told 8 News Now the family was notified on the Friday before the CCSD school year began that Greenberg was back at Bailey Middle School.
