SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — Parking fees and penalty increases at the Spokane County Courthouse Complex will start on October 1.

According to the Spokane Board of County Commissioners, they approved increasing parking fees in the County Courthouse Complex on August 12.

The decision follows the approval of installing ParkMobile meters to increase fees that directly align with the city's price. The board also approved an increase in violation costs.

The minimal hourly rate will be $1, with the max being $3. There will be a $1.70 minimum for credit card purchases. There will be no change to monthly employee leased parking.
