COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho — The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) says they are keeping an eye out for multiple projects that have been impacted by the Labor Strike in eastern Washington communities.
ITD says they are coordinating with local maintenance crews, partners and contractors to talk about how to keep traffic moving safely.
Below is a list from ITD of the different project updates:
I-90 and SH-41 Interchange - Traffic shifts onto new lanes of SH-41 and the new intersection completion will be delayed until the strike resolves. This also impacts the reopening of the new westbound ramp on SH-41. The completion of this project is still projected to be finished by 2026.
SH-53 Pleasant View Interchange - The temporary signal that was installed will remain for the intersection due t
