1. Elgin (14-0): The Owls made history in their return to Class 4A a year ago. After a state quarterfinal trip in Class 5A in 2023, Chamlmer Wyatt led the program to its first-ever state championship. Elgin will be led by junior running back Ritson Meyer on offense and senior linebacker Colyn Donnelly on defense.
