WAKULLA COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) - A woman is set to spend almost 20 years in prison after a drug investigation in Wakulla County.

Angel Palmer, 52, was sentenced to 17 years in prison on numerous charges, including possession of methamphetamine, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, operating a drug dwelling and possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a church, per the Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the WCSO, their investigation was called Operation Ice Storm and began in June 2024 after complaints from neighbors. Detectives found Palmer was operating a distribution hub.
