FRANKLIN, Ohio (WDTN) -- Franklin City Schools announced last week it would be scaling back bus services, but the financial issues go beyond just transportation.
Cutting bus services is only one symptom of a much bigger problem that FCS is facing, as the district navigates a major budget shortfall that could have a significant impact on the district.
The issue of busing brought several parents to the FCS board meeting Monday night, but board members made it clear that busing wouldn't be the only affected service.
