MADISON, Wis. --- Luke Fickell has changed a lot of things heading into his third season at the helm for Wisconsin Football, and the result has been immensely improved leadership. That trait, made him make another change, not naming team captains.

Fickell says the upperclassmen on this year's team, have collectively come together to form a leadership group, that makes it hard to name a captain. "This team has embraced one another and I think that they're tighter, they're more together they understand the challenges and the battle that lies in front of us whether that's Thursday night, or even down the road and that's why, to be honest with you that's why I sleep better.
