Four candidates for state legislative District 4 have formed a conservative team for the 2026 election, assuming Republican state Del. Barrie Ciliberti isn’t seeking another term.

In a phone interview on Monday, Sen. William Folden said it was his understanding that Ciliberti is planning to retire, based on multiple conversations they had a few months back.
