FILER — You know this county fair. It’s the big one.

Each year, tens of thousands of people attend the Twin Falls County Fair, hailed as one of the best around.

Among other things, it’s known for its Magic Valley Stampede PRCA Rodeo, focus on agriculture, thrilling carnival rides, and top-notch talent at its Sunday concert.

This time, the event, from Wednesday through Monday, comes with extra cuteness in the form of fluffy baby Highland calves and pig racing.

The latter promises squeals of excitement as the four-footed racers dash around the track, bringing high-energy entertainment.

“I believe they will put little bandanas on them so you can cheer for your favorite one,” fair manager Lydia Buffington said.
