Brad Holmes and the Detroit Lions had a stellar 2023 draft.

They took four starters in the first two rounds, including some of the best players at their respective positions in the NFL: Jahmyr Gibbs at running back, Jack Campbell at linebacker, Sam LaPorta at tight end and Brian Branch at safety.

But Holmes isn't perfect, and with this year's roster cut to 53 almost in the books, it's apparent he and the Lions also missed badly on their two third-round picks from that year, Hendon Hooker and Brodric Martin.
