The Cleveland Browns and the rest of the NFL must have their rosters down to the initial 53-man roster at 4 PM today. Many teams have started the process, sending the proverbial “Turk” around to cut some players while making trades related to others. The Browns got down to three quarterbacks Monday night by sending Kenny Pickett to the Las Vegas Raiders.

Cleveland now has 18 NFL draft picks in the next two drafts, including an extra first-round pick next year.

The NFL gives players and teams a few mandatory days off before preparation for Week 1 begins.
