A man was arrested in Wallingford last week when police allegedly found him passed out behind the wheel and discovered that he had drugs in the car.
Jose Maldonado, 48, of Meriden faces two counts of possession of a controlled substance and a single count of possession of drug paraphernalia, according to Lt. Stephen S. Jaques, Jr., of the Wallingford Police Department .
Jaques said officers last Friday were dispatched to the area of Tractor Supply at 800 N. Colony Road just before 6:20 p.m. on the report of a man passed out inside a Chevy Corvette. Police found that the man, who was later identified as Maldonado, appeared to be asleep, according to Jaques.
