A video shared online shows Kilmar Abrego Garcia bashing the "corrupt government" while being detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers on Monday (August 25).

The Department of Homeland Security shared a video of Abrego, 30, handcuffed while walking through the ICE Field Office just after his detainment. A judge ruled that Abrego cannot be deported, for now, following his ICE detainment after an immigration check-in on Monday.

U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis ordered that Abrego must stay detained in the United States until an evidentiary hearing is held.
