JACKSON, Mich. (WILX) - Jackson High School has announced enhanced security and safety protocols at the Jackson High School Football Field.

In a Facebook post , the school outlined the new measures:

The only point of entry for all events will be the main ticket booth entrance off Edwards Street.

All attendees will be subject to a security wand screening upon entry.

Backpacks will not be permitted inside the field.

The school encourages all visitors to plan accordingly and arrive early to allow time for the new security procedures.
