TSA PreCheck and Global Entry can cost up to $120, but you don’t have to pay that to breeze through airport security.

Credit cards like Capital One, Chase, and American Express offer full or partial refunds when you use them to pay for these services. Check your card’s benefits for details.

Airlines and hotel loyalty programs, including United, Southwest, Marriott, and IHG, allow you to trade in points for a PreCheck or Global Entry voucher. Simply log in to your loyalty account and search for "PreCheck."

For a limited time, TSA is offering a family discount. When you apply with a family member, the second person gets $15 off, but this deal ends on Oct. 31.

Parents can also save, as kids under 12 can go through PreCheck with you for free.
