Nigel Farage's plans to deport 600,000 asylum seekers is a "fantasy", a Scottish Labour MP has said. ‌

Reform UK announced that it would carry out mass deportations in its first parliament if elected to government. ‌

But Livingston MP Gregor Poynton said it "simply won't work" and that the plans were "a new low". ‌

Reform leader Farage warned of a “genuine threat to public order” without action to tackle illegal migration as he launched the plans on Tuesday morning.
