RAYWICK, Ky. — A Raywick firefighter is dead three days after a rollover crash in Marion County.

The crash involving a fire apparatus happened on Friday at 5:17 p.m. Two firefighters with the Raywick Fire Department were "seriously injured" after a fire apparatus rolled over while on a run.

Two fires were critically injured after a rollover crash in Marion County. A tanker truck was heading to help the Loretto Fire Department when it flipped over.

One of the injured firefighters, identified as 51-year-old Brian Jay Hatt, died at UofL Hospital on Monday at about 3:45 p.m.

"Brian was surrounded by his wife, his family, his friends, his fire department family, and the loving staff of the University of Louisville Hospital," Michael Wright said on behalf of the Raywick Fire Department.
