OCEANSIDE, N.Y. (PIX11) — The owner of an Oceanside pizzeria has been accused of sexual abuse following an alleged incident involving a teenage employee, according to the Nassau County Police Department.

Joseph Piccolo, 61, owns Pizzaiola Oceanside at 3191 Long Beach Rd. According to detectives, Piccolo invited one of his employees, a 15-year-old girl, to his private office in the Italian restaurant on Aug. 10.

He allegedly told the employee to meet him in the back of the restaurant after work when nobody else was there, so that he could give her extra money without others noticing. Once she entered, Piccolo handed her $200 and then began touching her inappropriately, according to detectives.
