RUTHERFORD COUNTY, N.C. —

Two people have been convicted in connection with a fatal overdose in Rutherford County, North Carolina.

On Monday, Nathan Carpenter Beason pleaded guilty to two counts of death by distribution in Rutherford County Superior Court. He was sentenced to a minimum of 11 years and two months or a maximum of 15 years and six months in the North Carolina Department of Adult Corrections. Latest Forecast
