Police say they were told on April 17 about a batch of tampered frosted cupcakes at the Athabasca Delta Community School (ADCS). As a precaution, staff had removed the cupcakes before anyone could eat them and turned them over to police. Article content

Police in Fort Chipewyan sent the cupcakes to the Health Canada Cannabis Laboratory for testing. The test determined there was no cannabis in the cupcakes and police were told the results on Aug. 23.
