Police in Watertown, Massachusetts, are asking for the public's help to find a missing teenager.

Authorities say 19-year-old Katherine Aufiero left her home around 2 a.m. Wednesday. She is experiencing a mental health crisis, police said.

Aufiero is described as being about 5'6 and 160 pounds with green eyes and short, dark brown hair.

Police did not have a description of the clothing Aufiero was wearing at the time she left.
