A 35-year-old from Bath has been charged with multiple offences after an incident at Bubba’s Poutine and Pizzeria on the corner of Division and Princess streets in downtown Kingston. Article content
According to police, on Aug. 23, 2025, around 3:30 a.m., employees of the restaurant were in the process of closing when an individual asked them for a cigarette. Article content

The employees told the person that they did not. Their response prompted the individual to assault one of the employees by punching them multiple times before leaving the area and threatening to return.
A short time later, the employees heard glass breaking and found the individual outside the store front destroying the businesses windows and front door with a crowbar.
