Two new tropical storms are churning in both the Atlantic and Eastern Pacific Oceans.
Tropical Storm Fernand formed first on Sunday, Aug. 24, over the Atlantic Ocean, according to a forecast advisory previously issued by the National Hurricane Center (NHC) in Miami.
As of the morning of Tuesday, Aug. 26, the center of Fernand was located several hundred miles off the East Coast of the United States and moving northeast
