PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A major monsoon storm hit the Phoenix metro area and Pinal County, marking the largest and first major haboob in 2025.

It left tens of thousands of houses and businesses without power, and caused extensive delays at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport as flights were grounded Monday afternoon.
