BOZEMAN, Mont. – Residents of two mobile home parks near Bozeman are banding together to purchase the land their homes occupy, after the two pieces of p roperty went up for sale as a portfolio in July.

The owner of King Arthur Park and Mountain Meadow Estates recently said they would take offers to purchase the properties together.

In an interview, King Arthur Park resident Timaree Driscoll said she has concerns about an outside buyer purchasing the property. Living in a tenant-owned home on someone else’s property is already a precarious way to live, she said.
