Colombian President Gustavo Petro announced the seizure of 1.3 tons of cocaine diluted in liquefied natural gas, belonging to the drug trafficking organization La Junta del Narcotráfico, which operates out of Colombia and was planning to leave the country through the Colombian Caribbean.

Petro clarified that the seized drugs do not belong to the alleged Cartel of the Suns, whose existence no one has proven, but to "the one who calls himself a revolutionary, but is a drug dealer, Ivan Mordisco in Cauca, murderer of the humble people," the president described on the social network X.

In his announcement, the Colombian president explained that the drugs were intended to be exported from the Colombian Caribbean, either to the United States, "which wants to bomb Latinos in their own land, or
