YOUNGSTOWN - The John J. McDonough Museum of Art has announced its four opening exhibitions for the fall season.
Youngstown State University graduate and New York-based artist Aislinn Janek will be exhibiting her piece entitled 'Landscape as a Form of Knowledge'. Her focuses, as an emerging artist, are interdisciplinary—she uses sewing, painting and other materials throughout her artwork. Janek has exhibited her work around the world, with showings in Japan, France and Czechia.
Assistant Professor of Art at Kent State University at Stark, Arron Foster will also have his piece, 'In_A_Sense' showcased at the exhibition. Foster's prints and installations have been exhibited in national and international galleries.
Additionally, the McDonough Museum will be exhibited work from Michael Boyd
