Attorneys representing Kilmar Abrego Garcia filed a motion on Monday ridiculing complaints leveled by the Trump administration over the way their client has made himself available to the media.

Those gripes, the defendant's attorneys say, are entirely misplaced and highlight legally questionable moves by the government – in a case plagued by errors and irregularities.
