A new survey sheds light on mounting concerns about job security and the impacts of both inflation and tariffs.
The Wallet Hub surveys shows 40% of participants who are employed worry that artificial intelligence will take their jobs. In addition, 75% of those surveyed feel they are working harder than they were last year.
More than half of the people participating in Wallet Hub study said they feel the effects of both inflation and tariffs in their daily lives.
"People's finances are so strained right now," said Chip Lupo, an analyst with WalletHub. "Just the thought of another tax or another surcharge that's going to raise prices on basic goods and services -- that's what got people in a panic."
