Firefighters are responding late Tuesday afternoon to a blaze at a Safeway in San Jose.

The incident was reported at 4:53 p.m. on the 1400 block of Bird Avenue in the Willow Glen neighborhood.

Traffic is impacted in the area, firefighters said.

No other information was immediately available.
