Fordyce police who traded gunfire with Travis Posey across the parking lot of the Mad Butcher grocery store, where Posey killed four people and wounded nine more in June 2024, said when they arrested him he stated that God was with him and cryptically repeated a single word, according to Arkansas State Police documents released this week.
