ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) –Nearly three weeks into the new school year, the Albuquerque Public Schools Superintendent and Board of Education say the district is on track with positive growth while looking toward a lot of different projects they want to invest in. APS leaders gave their second annual State of the District address on Tuesday, shining a light on their next bond request and a program that's changing the way teaching happens in middle schools.
