Three thieves beat and slashed a 24-year-old man after snatching his cell phone in a East Village robbery, cops said Tuesday.

The men approached the victim on Sunday around 3:35 p.m. near E. 8th St. and Cooper Square , where they snatched the man’s IPhone from his hand. The victim was then punched multiple times and slashed in the left hand with a knife after he tried to confront the thieves and get his phone back.

EMS transported the victim to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.

Cops released surveillance footage of the suspects and are asking the public’s help in identifying and tracking them down.
