Maybe it's premature to say that the group will be almost entirely that, but things seem headed that way! Hybe x Geffen is promoting a new survival show to find a Japanese member for it's new global girl group. It has announced the first two members already....Emily and Samara from the Dream Academy final 10. Both of these contestants were strongly liked by the judges but had various things keeping their fan engagement down (including potential racism against Lara by Samara, but I can't remember the details of that). Emily was nice and nearly a professional dancer, but never managed to make it into the top 10 of any of the rankings until the end, an exec saying it was due to "beauty standards".
