ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A teen accused of bringing a gun near a high school last week will remain in custody. According to the Bernalillo County District Attorney's Office, the 15-year-old girl stole a firearm from a family member, then headed toward Del Norte High School.
When approached by officers, they said she handed the firearm to her boyfriend. She is charged with larceny of a firearm and unlawful carrying of a handgun by a person under 19.
