GEDDES, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Months of preparation go into Fair Deli's 13-day stretch at the New York State Fair, which includes temporarily moving their business and staff to the fairgrounds.
Fair Deli Craft Beer closes its doors at its normal location to focus on the Fair.
"Being a part of such a great thing and getting exposure to so many people, it's just an opportunity we can't pass up," said Fair Deli food truck owner Zach Marji.
He works hard every year to make sure his business has enough staff to keep service quick.
"It's a full-time gig leading up to the Fair," Marji said.
Another vendor, Toss & Fire Pizza, moved into a new spot this year near Chevy Court, closing one of its locations in Camillus.
Owner Nick Sanford said the business does very well every year at the Fair.
