PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. — The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) is currently investigating after a body was found in a lake.

According to reports, at about 5:30 p.m. on August 26, the PCSO water patrol was called to the area of Hill Lake after fishermen reported having seen a body in the water.

As they searched the area, deputies were able to recover the body of a female.

No information has been released regarding the identity of the victim, nor whether or not foul play is suspected.

The Criminal Investigation Division has launched an investigation to determine the exact cause and manner of death.
