GREEN BAY — If and when the 2025 Green Bay Packers wind up with the NFL’s youngest roster for the third year in a row — we won’t know that for certain until the league calculates the ages of all players on the opening-day rosters of all 32 teams — it’s important to remember that there are different degrees of youth.

This won’t be like 2023, when the Packers carried a whopping 21 players from their 2022 and 2023 draft classes — plus three undrafted rookie free agents that year — on the initial 53-man roster coming out of training camp. And they claimed another undrafted rookie (tight end Ben Sims) on waivers after the initial cuts.
