BUFFALO, N.Y. — Shea's Buffalo Theatre is has reached the century mark, and in celebrating of their 100th anniversary, the theatre has teamed up with Hartman's Distilling to release a new bourbon.

The new spirit is called Shea's Centennial Blend 285 Special, and was aged in the organ chambers of the theatre's Might Wurlitzer organ. The organ, built at the Wurlitzer Organ factory in North Tonawanda, was installed at the theatre in 1925. It is the last model of Wurlitzer's "285 Special" organ in the world.

The bourbon was aged in the Mighty Wurlitzer for the entirety of the theatre's 2024-2025 season, and four 52-gallon barrels were tucked within the organ, and were then sent to Hartman's for bottling at the end of the sea
