Every year, Montana and Montana State send off a few noteworthy players to the NFL. This past April saw Montana State QB Tommy Mellott drafted in the sixth round by the Las Vegas Raiders, and one round later the San Francisco 49ers selected Montana's Junior Bergen with their final pick.
