Born on September 20, 1938, in Schenectady, NY, to the late Raymond and Rose Passmore, Carol's life was a vivid tapestry of family, friendship, and an unwavering zest for life.

Carol was a graduate of Draper High School and furthered her education at Mildred Elley, where she honed the skills that would serve her throughout her career. Carol's professional journey at General Electric as an Executive Assistant was marked by diligence and dedication, with her talents taking her from Schenectady to Greenville, South Carolina, before she retired.
