FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Fresno State Bulldogs are four days away from their home opener.
Head coach Matt Entz spoke on Monday about how a few players fared in their first game as Bulldogs, including starting quarterback E.J. Warner.
" [ Warner ] had the ability to get in and out of plays at different times, and then just got to continue to emphasize ball security," Entz said on Monday. "He has unbelievable intelligence of the game. There wasn't anyone harder on themselves than E.J. was after the game and during the game. We need to give him the tools to be able to flush it during the game and move on. The next play is the most important one, and next game is the most important one right now, because it's the only one we have this week."
