Morrisons is bringing in a cash change for shoppers across 53 stores. The supermarket giant is set to introduce cash machines across 53 shops in total over the next few months, as it aims to make banking "more accessible” for customers.

Morrisons has become the UK’s largest non-bank cash deposit ATM network, with 40 machines now live in its stores across the country. A further 13 are due to launch in the coming months to help give people “even more options to access cash”.

Each cash deposit ATM allows customers to both withdraw and deposit cash, offering “greater flexibility and convenience” . Responding to one shopper's query on X, formerly Twitter, Morrisons said: “Hi there, cash machines at Morrisons typically do not charge transaction fees.
